I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I definitely think I'm worth the money, very sturdy, leather is good quality. I love the design amd how it come with a little bag! Absolutely love my bags! The shipping did take a while due to customs , but i definitely will be ordering from this website and this vendor often to cut out the middle man. Wow. I am very touched. This has exceeded my expectations. This bag is so pretty! I checked the entire bag inside and out and saw only very small defects that weren't even noticeable unless the bag was fully inspected. It's just the size I like. The leather is very good and exquisite. The style and material are very good. The size is also appropriate. One shoulder crossbar is very good. Excellent quality, looks genuine and packaged well. Would definitely recommend! Postage took longer than expected but seller had it packaged and shipped within two days. Delays were with Australia post so cannot fault them for that.
